About the property
Hey! I'm looking for a chill, clean housemate to share our two-storey home in Elwood.
The house:
- Large kitchen and living areas
- Big backyard with veggie patch (perfect if you're into gardening or just want green space)
- Your room is downstairs, private and separate from mine (I'm upstairs)
- Beautiful location in leafy Elwood - 2 min walk from Elwood Village and Elwood Beach
The setup:
Right now it's just the two of us while two other rooms are being renovated (finishing mid-year). The renos don't touch the shared living spaces - so the kitchen, lounge, backyard are all fully functional. Once done, we'll have two more housemates join, making it a four-person household.
