Great location, new property and open-plan design. Five minute walk from Pascoe Vale station and local cafes. The property is a two bedroom, two bathroom townhouse with plenty of natural light and air. There is also an additional toilet upstairs, and all rooms have split-system air conditioning. The living/dining space opens out to a balcony, and is fully furnished. Although, I don't have a microwave and there isn't really the bench space to accommodate one. I found that I only used it for frozen veggies and Mi Goreng haha, so it's been a pretty easy transition to not have one. There is also a washing machine/dryer, and the tenant will simply need to provide the furnishings for their bedroom. The total bond for the property is $2460, so the new tenant will need to pay half of this ($1230). Also note, in the photos this would be your bathroom and the office room would be your bedroom (there won't be any furniture in there when you move in).
