We are looking for a housemate to to share it with and to hopefully call family :) The house is in Glenroy and about 10min walk to Jacana station, 15 minute walk to Glenroy station and a 10min drive to the airport (MEL). Bedroom is 3x3m and come fully furnished with a queen bed and side table, also has a full wall lengths built in wardrobe, own air conditioning and heating unit. Main bathroom (separate bath to shower) with standalone toilet will be shared with everyone in the house. Price $180 per week and bills will be split equally. Available from mid July and looking for people in their 20’s and 30’s. Parking is on the street but we are at the end of a court so there is a mutually agreed dedicated spot if you need it. It's a nice brand new townhouse in a good area close to train and transit, shops and amenities. Large chef's kitchen with tons of storage. Minimal furnishings and unfurnished room. Its defiantly not a party house as i work full time but I am friendly and social and enjoy the weekends. As long as ur respectful and clean up after yourself thats great. We have a dishwasher and fridge but no washing machine. We have central heating for the cold winter nights and aircon for hot summer days.
