Room no 2: Private bedroom, built in robe, own toilet/bath and shower, ground floor. 330/W for 1 person (cannot accommodate for 2 people including bills (off street parking for 1 car)

Room no 3: Private room, built in robe, toilet, bath and shower and might be shared with another female tenant. Flexible in furnishing first floor 320/W including bills (on street parking)
Available: July 5, 2027

Room no 4: Private room, built in robe, toilet, bath and shower and might be shared with another female tenant. Flexible in furnishing first floor 320/W including bills (on street parking)
Available: July 5, 2027

Note: (A) Room 5, a bedroom with own ensuite, will be available after July 7, 2026 for 375/W for a female or 480/W for a couple including bills.
