The house is in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. It is around the corner from West St shops including a Woolworths Metro, pharmacy, butchers, salons and post office, as well as a sinfully good gelati place.
It is also bounded by a golf club with a decent park and walking track. It is a 5 minute drive to the nearest Coles and nearest train station.

There are excellent cafes within walking distance of the house and ample choices for varied cuisine for take-out/dining out.

The house is fully furnished and very secure. There are roller shutters installed over all windows and doors which also keeps the house cooler in the warmer months. We have a shared bathroom upstairs with a toilet downstairs too. The bedroom comes furnished with a king single bed, nightstand and desk. It also has an in-built wardrobe with ample space. If you have your own bedding furniture, I am happy to store the double bed in the garage.

The house is also fitted with a full size dishwasher, washing machine and fridge. The kitchen is well-equipped and is adjoining an open plan living and dining room with an air conditioning unit. The dining room opens out to a courtyard with a lemon tree.

As an added bonus, I have a very friendly Labrador to keep us entertained.
