Large private townhouse in Sutherland in a quiet area with a stunning view of the river (through some trees). The only noise in the area would be the local population of birds that live just beyond the large back yard. Top floor holds the master bedroom (mine an pups) , second bedroom which is Brandon's , and a slightly smaller third bedroom this is available, the main bathroom, and the double garage. If you have a car there is parking down at the house an a spot in the garage. The room up for grabs is a reasonable sized room with a built in wardrobe and full length mirrors, large windows with insect guards when you feel like some fresh air. The bed in the photos is a Queen, so if you have something smaller you'd have room for a bedside, tallboy chest of drawers and maybe even an armchair if you arranged the room properly. Shared main bathroom, that has toilet, shower, bathtub and vanity. Bottom floor has huge dining/lounge space, large kitchen, laundry room, storage space under the stairs and another toilet. Bedroom comes unfurnished, so you will need to bring all your own bedroom furniture. But I have a queen bed sitting there left behind from my brother moving back to nz. We're about a 12 minute walk to the train station (if you don't have a car) and the local shops with Coles being the main supermarket and a small IGA. Short bush track walk down the hill takes you to the Woronora River, where you can sit at the cafe and watch people in their boats or even rent a kayak for yourself! Bills will be split evenly (water, electricity and internet). No Foxtel, but there is Netflix. Sometimes the reception for Free-To-Air television is dodgy, but there's mostly crap on tv anyway.
