Ive just moved into this awesome little town house in valley lakes, its right next too niddrie and not far down the road is essendon ive found 1 housemate already and now im just looking to rent out the second room to another easy going, happy, fun housemate to try and get a real fun social house going . The bigger of the two spare rooms on the ground floor is up for grabs, it shares a fairly large size bathroom with just one other housemate on the ground it can be futnished or unfurnished whatever suits you best. there is also a single car garage which i have no real plans for as yet except maybe storing a motorbike. I'm upstairs with my own bathroom. Then there is the main communal room of the kitchen/dinning & lounge with a large balcony that over looks the valley and lake which we often use for bbq’s.. the house is literally only a stones throw from the lake and has plenty of nice running tracks and spots to kick back and relax at. As soon as you get out of the valley there is heaps of cool spots located really close to check out, with niddrie and Essendon just down the road aswell as highpoint not far away, dfo just across the highway and the 59 tram on keilor rd not to far away either making a trip into the city pretty easy!180 is without bills but to keep it simple we’d prefer to make it 225 every week to keep it easy to keep track of. 225 is the complete total which includes all the bills, all the normal stuff like netflix, foxtel, nbn internet, plus all elec, gas, water.. ect, as well as we also get a cleaner that comes once a fortnight to clean the whole house!:)

We have a room available in our cosy Airport West home! The house is fully furnished (excluding the room) and comes equipped with a huge fridge, dryer, large washing machine, Netflix and Stan and a 1 year old puppy as well as loads of off street parking. The room would comfortably fit a queen size bed and a desk and has a BIR as well as amazing floorboards and a view into the front yard. The location of our home is a two minute drive to Westfield shopping centre, ten minute drive to Tullamarine airport, Essendon DFO, Essendon train station and the 501 bus to Essendon train station and Moonee Ponds Junction at our door step. Rent is $535 a month and the bond is $546. Our property manager wants to vet our new housemate so they can go on the lease, he is really cool, just doing his job. Internet is NBN and is $28 a month with gas, electricity and water paid quarterly and split evenly (they’ve always been super cheap). Move in date is flexible but the room is available now. Cheers!

Great big house in a friendly and safe Niddrie neighbourhood. Close to Keilor road for shops and restaurants. Not super close to Public Transport (5 minutes walk to a bus stop, 10+ minutes walk to nearest tram stop, 10 minutes drive to nearest train station). The house is fully furnished except for the available room (it's furnished in the pictures with housemate's furniture who is moving out and taking it all), so you don't need to bring anything for outside your bedroom. We've got a big TV with Netflix and Stan, the house has great heating and cooling, a dishwasher in the kitchen with a new stove, we have 2 fridges and a washing machine (no dryer), with a small outside area for summer as well. We also have a dog (golden retriever) Marley who is 10 years old and very placid and relaxed. Although we do have her, unfortunately we aren't allowed to have any additional dogs or cats.
