Glenferrie road is just around the corner, so we're a 15-20 minute walk from Swinburne Uni and Glenferrie Train Station. There's a guest parking lot and a decent amount of on street parking around that we have a permit for. We do have one secure carspace in the communal garage, and i suppose you can fight me for it. Ideally looking for someone who knows how to live in a share house - tidy/clean up after themselves and pay bills on time. We love our house!! it's such a beautiful large house. It has polished wooden floor boards downstairs, tiles in the kitchen/lounge area and carpet upstairs. There's a huge spa bath tub in the shared bathroom. Two lounge room areas, Ryley has turned the second one into his own music studio which everyone is welcome to use :) The backyard area has grass growing (too slowly for my liking..!). Plenty of off-street parking and right out the front is the 109 tram stop! The 109 goes directly into the city or to Box Hill the other way and runs all night on weekends. The house has a dishwasher, washing machine, and overall is fully stocked for anything you would need, but if you have stuff of your own, plenty of room for more stuff too!

This apartment is just 5 mins away from Auburn Station and 18 mins away from Flinders Street Station :) There are mostly students living here so its a quiet and peaceful place to stay. The house and room is furnished so not much things to buy. The house is modern and simple looking. The rooms are pretty clean too. There is a balcony to enjoy fresh air and chill. Laundry can be hung there too. There is a communal laundry and dryer for everyone to use.
