Kew, Melbourne

Hello All! Do you need a room in a home thats accepting, has pretty much everything you could need outside the room and has a cool housemate and cat? I have a room available in my apartment and I am looking for a housemate, minimum stay 6 months. I have pretty much everything like cooking utensils and all that, just furnish your room and your set! I mayyyy have a bedframe available for the room but most likely it will be empty (pic is from last time room was mostly empty, not current)

The lounge room/dining and kitchen is furnished and I have a washing machine. We also have a bath (in this economy!?), a ps4 I dont care if you use to game, netflix and disney which you dont have to contribute to.
I am super respectful of others belongings and if you like plants theres defs space 😁 I dont care if your orientation/identification is anything from A-Z or him/her/they/?, a couple or a student, just be nice to my cat.

The location is mint, We have Kew coles 2 minutes walk away, woolies 10 mins walk away, Toscanos a similar time, as well as the 48 tram 2 minutes away, the 109 further down the road and the 16 to st kilda 10 mins walk away, as well as buses. there's also a gym up the road and parking. Swinburne, CairnMillar and ACU is a short tram/bus ride away (can we say helloooo fuel savings, take that capitalism!) Parking we have on street and I can get a permit if need be.

OK THE NITTY GRITTY:
Extra utility bills are hot water, gas and electricity, but we have had pretty low bills and generally use a 1 to 1.5 person household level of power and we split everything fairly. We also get unlimited internet for 70 a month to be split equally. We also take turns or split toilet paper and dishwashing soap. If there is a couple interested the room the bills and rent would obvs be split in 3rds. Also I'm cool and I like a minimal dramas house, so thats worth it 🤣

Move in date is flexible due to current housemate situation.
