Three bedroom house, with one bathroom. Quite a spacious house with floorboards throughout so it makes cleaning really easy. Two rooms available, one room is a little bit bigger than the other so it’s really down to first in best dressed. No pets as the backyard is pretty small, and not really enough for a dog. The house isn’t 100% furnished as all the furniture belongs to my old housemate and she is taking everything with her. I will be picking stuff up along the way, but there is a washing machine and a fridge already. But for the room you will need to BYO bed ect. Very but open to any groovy furniture that you may have and want to add to our humble abode.
