Very conveniently located - the property is about 10 minutes walk from Geelong CBD, and 15 minutes from Deakin University Waterfront Campus, and less than 10 minutes walk from Geelong Hospital. There's 3 large bedrooms in the property, and 2 smaller rooms, which could made in a study or small lounge, or a guest bedroom. House has basics, stove, washing machine and line, etc. Room has some furniture from past roommate - up to you whether you want to keep it or not. The landlord does require you to be added to the lease as co-tenants, and approved by them - I don't think approval is likely to be an problem - hasn't been previously, but just thought you should be aware. Additionally, there is a large backyard which can be used for off-street parking, or other things.
