Hi i’m Morgan! I’m looking at getting someone into my old room as I have to relocate from Geelong to Melbourne for study sadly. The house is pretty much a 3 story townhouse, and it has a super homey vibe. There are floorboards throughout the house and carpet in the bedrooms, and the house is always super tidy and neat. It has all the typical house stuff like washing machine, fridge, couches etc, and a garage to park your car! Bills can be included in the rent for an extra $15 a week, which is what I pay and we hardly ever have to pay any extra for them.
