We have one room available, the room is $115 a week including internet (other bills not included in rent). Bills are usually pretty low and are payed quarterly. The landlord does require you to be added to the lease as co-tenants, and approved by them - I don't think approval is likely to be an problem - hasn't been previously, but just thought you should be aware. For keeping pets, landlord permission is required - he had no objection to Adam getting a cat, though.
