About the flatmates
Room to rent $275 for a single or $350 for a couple, includes utilities. The room has a built in robe with drawers and extra storage cubes, king size bed, ceiling fan, private bathroom, powder room, living area (tv provided if required) pantry area, internet and a room to use as a kitchenette with kettle, toaster, hot plates and microwave. Access to the main kitchen is available as required. The laundry is a shared space with a bar fridge available. My home is in a quiet area of Leopold only 15 minutes to Geelong city and 15 minutes to Ocean Grove beach. Must love dogs too as I have a very friendly, gorgeous Bordoodle who will love a bit of attention.
