My partner and I just moved to nunawading, we have a 3 bedroom place, with a small outdoor area and yard. We have 3 living areas and have a spare bed frame if needed and a table that could be used as a desk. Our home is fully furnished, but we haven't finished packing so not many photos. We do have a dog, his name is bailey, he's on the bigger side but he's very loving and very chill, he's very calm as he's 5 and a half and mainly just wants to cuddle and get pats. The bedrooms all have built in robes and are about 4mx3m. We also have some gym equipment, such as weights. We have heating, air con and a dishwasher as well. We prefer no shoes in the house, but not that fussed. It's about 13 mintues walk (2 mintue drive) to the train station and 15 mintues walk (2 mintue drive) to the closest Woolworth and very close to Forrest Hill chase, there is a lot of street parking, so parking is not an issue. We have 2 rooms to choose from, happy with more then one flatmate, we divide the rent between each person, so if you're a couple it won't be $160 a week it'll be $120 each.
