Hey future flatmates.

Three living areas, one outside all features of a family home (see photo drawing, approx to scale). Has ducted heating, evap cooling, great outdoor area with bbq for entertaining. Fire place inside and out. 15min walk to Mitcham station. Off street parking. House is quiet, of the street and secure. You could work from home with the pleasant sound of local birds in the background and not much else.

Internet is included, remaining bills shared between tenants. There are two rooms with shared bathroom. Rooms have wardrobes but no other furnishings. Some furniture in common areas but welcome to bring own. Kitchen and laundry has most things you need and if it breaks, tenants have a great opportunity to team up to replace/fix.

Location is in walking distance to good cafes, restaurants and two local breweries. Short drive to Eastland, Knox and quick access to freeway.

Current tenants are generally quiet, working full time, specialised mechanic/technician with hobbies that include 4WD, camping. One plays drums (mostly weekends) at respectable times for the neighbours (and house mates) to stay in tune for monthly church gigs.

The future housemate is ideally independent, happy to keep to themselves but does enjoy the odd socialising/sharing a meal with other flatmates.

This is not a party house in respect to our great neighbours and work routines of other flatmates. Flatmates are expected to be reliable contributors to rent and shared costs when due.

Bond is four weeks rent. Rent four weeks in advance (negotiable pending length of stay/payment routine). Minimum stay 6 months, shorter considered on request.
