Hi, I'm Ben — a postgraduate engineering student and licensed tradesman. I've owned this property for some time and take genuine pride in maintaining it to a high standard.
The house was originally set up as an Airbnb, where I held Superhost status with a five-star rating. I now prefer the stability of a flatmate arrangement, but the hotel-level hospitality remains — you'll benefit from all the extras without the nightly rates.
There's one other room occupied by a friendly, settled couple who've described their experience here as exceptional. I occupy the smaller room at the back. We all respect each other's privacy and keep to ourselves in the evenings, but the lounge and dining area are genuinely shared spaces — you're welcome to have a friend or two over for dinner anytime.
I'm approachable and happy to chat, but equally respectful of your space and quiet. The only real house rule: no dirty dishes left overnight, so the kitchen is always clean each morning.
