The place: The room is ~3mx4m, with large built in robe, large front facing window and a set of built in shelves on one wall. Fits a double bed and a desk. The house is really well located and very spacious. It's an old house, but feels fairly new, practical and nice to live in. - one bathroom - large main kitchen (with dishwasher)/dining/ living area - additional separate lounge room - nice backyard - central gas heating - aircon unit in the main room, not in the bedrooms. The ceilings are very high though so the house stays quite cool anyway. - parking available, either on street or in the one space car port. (We have one car but are open to parking on the street) It's a permit zone, and we're allowed a bunch of permits, so it's never hard to find a spot Location is Elizabeth St, Moonee ponds. So about a 30 minute commute to the city and Melbourne uni. It's 3 minutes walk to the 59 and 85 trams and less than 8 minutes walk to Woolworths, Puckle St, Moonee Ponds bus interchange and ascot vale station. We have an unlimited wifi plan set up which costs $15 each/ month. We also have a tv with netflix, stan, a playstation and a wii. We also have a pretty big collection of board games.
