The house is situated in a quiet neighbourhood and is only a 5 minute walk to Yeerongpilly Station. The location is really convenient as is it close to Fairfield Gardens (only 2 stops by train and 5 minute drive). The CBD is only a 20 minute train ride. Indooroopilly Shopping Centre is also only a 20 minute drive or bus ride, with the bus stop being only 2 minutes from the house. The house is spacious with lots of natural light and is completely furnished. The bedroom is a good size and has a double bed, shelf and desk available. There is a bathroom upstairs and a second toilet downstairs and there is a small little garden area out the back. You have your own private room seperate to the other rooms in the house. I have converted the laundry into a seperate living room with couch and if you have a tv you can put it in there and if it’s a smart tv I can give you the password for foxtel it is a big enough bedroom to have your bed and a desk so you have a complete separate area. There is even a door to completely close it off. You can even have your own entry through the laundry door to have that feel of complete seperation to the rest of the house also.

I’m sadly leaving my room in this clean, spacious 3 bedroom share house in Annerley. The room is large with air conditioning, natural light and built in wardrobes. I easily fit a Queen bed, desk and side drawers with room to spare. The house is central to shops and food and has great access to public transport – the 100/110 bus leaves to the city every 12 min during peak hour and the Yeronga and Fairfield train station are both a 10 min walk away. Just a short cycle to UQ and a cheap uber to west end/the city/valley. Update: I've reduced the rent to $145 up till the end of the lease in November.
