About the property
I am regretfully looking for someone to take over my lease for this property in Moorooka. It is a 12 month lease that was signed in January so roughly 11 months remaining.
You will share the top half of the house with the other tenants (big house split into levels, will not even know there are people living below). The room you will take is the master bedroom. It is spacious and has enough room for your bed, bedside table, desk, tv etc with two storage cupboards for clothes/stuff. You will have your own bathroom too so won’t have to share with anyone.
It is also in a nice area directly across from a park with outdoor gym equipment, basketball hoop, covered bench’s etc. It is close to public transport including train station, grocery shops and everything else needed day to day.
Couldn’t recommend the area and house enough!

About the flatmates
You will share the house with two other students in their 20’s, Chinmay and Divit.
They are both lovely and are overall very welcoming, friendly, clean, and are super easy to get along with. They both are respectful of others in the house and I have had no issues at all in the year I’ve lived with them. It is a very laid-back household who like to keep to keep to themselves but enjoy some moments together. Any further questions please ask but you will have no problems settling in here.
