The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with a large, modern open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area. There’s a covered deck and a back garden, perfect for relaxing or entertaining. There's lot's of pot plants and plenty of room for more if you have any plant babies of your own!

The available bedroom is spacious, includes a built-in wardrobe with shelves/draws/hanging space, air-conditioning and a fan. The room will be unfurnished but can easily fit a double or queen bed. The rest of the house is fully furnished, but if you have furniture to bring, we’re happy to chat and work something out. You will also have use of an undercover car space at the front of the house.

You’ll be sharing the main bathroom with Can (Zoe has an ensuite) which has a bathtub, rainfall shower, heaps of storage and enough room to re-enact a Sabrina Carpenter concert.

Rent excludes bills, which are split equally among housemates. (For budgeting purposes, 65-70$ a fortnight covers bills for water, electricity, gas, internet and garden). Cleaning is shared on a clean as you go/leave it how you found it vibe. This is a rental through a realestate so you'll be signing on to the current lease.

We’re in a prime location: walking distance to buses and the Moorooka train station, just a 5-minute drive to Woolworths at Yeerongapilly Green and 10 minutes to Coles at Fairfield Gardens Shopping Centre.
