The house is an older unit with living areas on the ground floor and bedrooms on the first floor. The house is furnished with the usual sort of stuff to be self sufficient- gas cooking, washing machine, gas heater in the lounge area and unlimited broadband internet. Pictures form part of the description. We're pretty well serviced as far as public transport(buses and trains) and shops go. It's about a 10 min walk to the shops and to Croydon station. It's important to me to find someone who loves dogs and would possibly be okay with watching him for an occasional night. You get your own bedroom with your own bathroom just next door. Your bedroom is downstairs and the two other bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs. The house is close to Croydon train station and shops and there is easy street parking available. Rent is $200 per week paid monthly. Bills are not included in the rent and are split between the four of us. Internet is $60 per month unlimited (split between 4). Electricity/gas/water vary.
