My name is chantelle and I own this beautiful home in Chirnside Park, i’m looking to find one more housemate to join the lease, a single or couple. We have had this group living together for almost 12 months now, we all get along great, and are not often home as everyone all work full-time. One of our housemates has had to move interstate for work so her room has now become available.

I’m really easy-going and I own a business in the area, so I’m familiar with the surroundings.

The property is 4 bedrooms, & a large kitchen - so it’s very spacious and has a huge living area as well as a very spacious backyard & outdoor decking. The bedroom is available in the next 2 weeks.

The home is within easy walking distance to Parks, shopping centre & bus stop. It’s a 4 min drive to a bars & restaurants.

There is plenty of free parking space on the street.

Ideally I would like people to secure the room to join the current tenants for 12 months.

Unfortunately cannot allow pets due to allergies.

Four Weeks for bond and four weeks upfront will be required upon signing contract.
