This is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house only 1 street away from the train station and main street (600m walking distance).
2 of the bedrooms have a built in double wardrobe, ceiling fan, standing fan, ducted heating and are furnished with a bed including bedding. These 2 rooms share the bathroom, so you’d be sharing with 1 other person that includes a bath, shower and separate toilet but as it is the main bathroom of the house it would also be used by guests.
The main bedroom has it’s own walk in robe and bathroom as well as ceiling fan, ducted heating, split system however, is unfurnished.
There are 2 large shared common spaces and a little deck/backyard space.
Bills are split evenly between all occupants.
