The rent is collected monthly, its a total of 397 per month! we split the bills, the internet is 17.50$ per month and 25$ for electricity, gas, and water. We also provide washing machine, there is a room in the backyard where you can do your laundry. For the cold days or any day, an electric bed sheet is provided, we also have a heater in case you want to use it. The house is located just two blocks away from the Queen Victoria Market and tram stops :) When i moved in i needed a desk so i bought this one, for 10$ more i can give it to you in case you may need it, its in great condition and of course the chair too.
