About the property

The flat is on the top floor of an older style apartment building, with three bedrooms, lots of natural light and a small outdoor area. There's a shared bathroom, separate laundry room, open living/dining area and a kitchen. There's a shared rooftop washing line. Aircon in the living area (not in bedrooms).

The 57 tram stop is about a 2 minute walk. Other trams (58, 59) to the city are about a five minute walk. The 402 bus stops right outside and goes to Unimelb and Footscray. Walk to Unimelb is about 20 minutes and RMIT city campus about 30 minutes walk.

The neighbourhood is pretty quiet and green despite being so close to the city.

The rooms available are both single with fitted wardrobes. Could fit a double bed. One room can be furnished as shown in the photos. The other room is the same but not furnished.

Two off-street, undercover parking spots available for additional $50/week. Secure wall mounted bike storage downstairs.

Smoking outside only.

The flat is on the 4th floor and there's no lift.

About the flatmates

I'm a relaxed, hard working 19 y.o male looking to share the flat with people around my age. I work four days per week in a kitchen, with early starts in the morning. I'm hoping to start my paramedicine degree in 2026 after taking a gap year in 2025.

I enjoy going to the gym, have recently taken up boxing for fitness and am also currently playing a lot of chess. I love cooking and would be keen to learn some new dishes!!

My family live in the flat downstairs so I spend a lot of time down there. We're originally from NZ, but have been in Melbourne about 13 years.

I'm looking forward to meeting new people and sharing the space going into the New Year.
