- House is not a party house or gathering spot. Really like to keep the house for housemates only, out of respect of housemate quiet enjoyment and privacy.
If you like to bring friends back before or after nights out or hang around the house with those not renting a room at the house, perhaps not the place for you. Really looking for housemates who enjoy doing these things away from the house and therefore home is for relaxing, quiet and sleep :-)
- Must be clean and tidy, which means cleaning up after yourself, putting things away and contributing to a cleaning roster each month (e.g. one month you clean the bathroom, the next say, the living room).
