Good size outdoor area for relaxing in private, partially covered, northerly aspect backyard with large lemon tree for shade :-)

Best location and a small stroll to cafes, restaurants, bars, shops, Royal Park, North Melbourne library, and trams.
Close to Melbourne Biomedical Precinct, the University of Melbourne and Queen Vic Market.
Best neighbourhood street also, with neighbours that look out for each other and even host an annual Xmas get-together :-)
House is within a super short commute of the CBD (just 1.5 kilometres away), defining a brilliant place to base yourself.

Other Must Knows:
- Must love dogs - I have a 9yo German Shepherd (she’s the best dog and loves housemates once she knows them!)

- House is not a party house or gathering spot. Really like to keep the house for housemates only, out of respect of housemate quiet enjoyment and privacy.
If you like to bring friends back before or after nights out or hang around the house with those not renting a room at the house, perhaps not the place for you. Really looking for housemates who enjoy doing these things away from the house and therefore home is for relaxing, quiet and sleep :-)

- Must be clean and tidy, which means cleaning up after yourself, putting things away and contributing to a cleaning roster each month (e.g. one month you clean the bathroom, the next say, the living room).

- Absolutely no drugs or the like substances at the house. Alcohol okay :-)
