The flat is air-conditioned and pretty spacious as far as flats go. It's currently furnished except for the bedroom on offer so all you'd have to bring is your own bedroom furniture. The apartment is situated pretty close to all the necessities - public transport, Coles, cafes and airport, and it's only 20 mins from the city!

Great location, close to Clayfield and Eagle Junction train stations, Sandgate Rd and bus stops, within walking distance to restaurants, cafes, Clayfied Markets, and Toombul shopping centre. Despite proximity to trains and Sandgate Rd, it is a very quite street. Please note, internet and bills not included in rent.
