• Spacious kitchen with dishwasher, electric cooktop, all appliances, big pantry and cupboard space
• 3 toilets, 2 bathrooms, and a study nook
• Outdoor area with table + 2 clotheslines
• Generous size linen cupboard available for use if you need a bit of extra space
• No room for additional furniture / bikes as its fully furnished and garage is full

Transport and around the area

• 12-min walk to Toombul bus interchange (with parking)
• Close to Nundah & Toombul train stations (both have free parking)
• Gyms, Woollies, cafes, and pub all nearby (Nundah Social, The Royal, York Street Café etc.)

The Real House Boss:
My dog (cockerspaniel) : he loves adult humans, BARKS at the front door, often sleeps on the couch and expects daily attention. Will eat any food within reach including your dinner if you leave it out.
Then there's me: working office hours, a few days a week from home, but outside of that relatively healthy woman, walking the dog, gym, a wine here and there, beach time and cafes, love me a roadtrip up or down the coast and camping when i can.

You:-

• You genuinely like dogs (he’ll want to greet you with barky enthusiasm)
• Sorry, no kids or new pets - he’s a bit of a diva
• You’ve gotta love dogs and know how to set boundaries

• 25+ yo peeps as im early 40's
• Someone who doesnt smoke
• Who doesnt need to bring furniture or with a truckload of belongings
• Are a positive person, clean, communicative, and happy to share space
• Can give me a heads-up if plans change (and I’ll do the same)
• You aren't extremely loud and opinionated on world issues as i just want an easy calm living environment
