The vibe of this apartment is pretty special! It's calm and quiet, with the best sunset views every arvo.
To keep it that way, I’m looking for someone who’s reliable, considerate, and enjoys a tidy, peaceful home. If you’re in a hectic or unpredictable phase of life, this probably won’t be the right fit (but I hope you’re having a great time!).

The practical stuff:
I’m really upfront about a few non-negotiables so everyone’s on the same page from the start:
- Rent is paid on time, every time, on the agreed day - no IOU's. All bills and internet are included in $390/wk
- Shared spaces are kept clean, with cleaning responsibilities genuinely shared
- I’m looking for someone who actually wants to live here, not just somewhere to crash. You're welcome to make the space your own

The apartment:
- Top floor apartment in a small block of 8. Bright, airy and super private, no neighbouring windows looking in
- Unfurnished room with a built-in mirrored wardrobe, a TV mounted on the wall and ceiling fan.
- Your own bathroom with a shower/bath - the washer and dryer are also in your bathroom.
- The apartment is filled with art and flowers, there's almost always a candle or incense lit & lamps and lightstrips around to softly light it (VIBES).
- The massive covered alfresco has a large table, plenty of plants and floods the apartment with natural light - yes, the sunsets are glorious.

The dog:
- My golden retriever Freddie is a sweet angel - will come hang if you build a friendship with him, otherwise spends his time napping on my bed.
- Polite, fully toilet trained and a massive mama’s boy.
- Bonus: high-tech robovac (Cheryl-Anne - backbone of the household) to help keep Freddo's fur under control.

The location:
- Quiet with plenty of on-street parking
- ~10 mins to the airport
- 5 min walk to Nundah Station & Village (gyms, Woolies, bars, restaurants)
- Nundah Markets every Sunday, just down the road
