About the property
The vibe of this apartment is pretty special! It's calm and quiet, with the best sunset views every arvo.
To maintain the peacefulness, if you know that you're the type of person that's a bit chaotic or in a 'fk around and find out' phase of your life, this sadly is not the apartment for you (but I hope you're having the best time!).
The apartment:
Top floor apartment in a small block of 8. Bright, airy and super private - no neighbouring windows looking in.
Your unfurnished room has a built-in wardrobe, a TV mounted on the wall (BYO chromecast, or the like) and ceiling fan.
You have a bathroom to yourself with a shower/bath - the washer and dryer are also in your bathroom.
The apartment is filled with art and flowers, there's almost always a candle or incense lit & lamps and lightstrips around to softly light it (VIBES).
The massive covered alfresco has a large table, plenty of plants and floods the apartment with natural light - and yes, the sunsets are glorious.
The dog:
You’ll be living with me and my golden retriever Freddie. He’s a sweet angel - cuddly, quiet and spends most of his time napping on my bed. He’ll happily come for pats or to show you his favourite toys but is ultimately a mama’s boy. Usually if I go out, he comes with me. He's fully toilet trained and very polite.
Bonus: we have a high-tech robovac (named Cheryl-Anne - backbone of the household) keeping Freddie’s fur in check daily.
The location:
- Quiet street, plenty of on-street parking
- ~10 mins to the airport
- 5 min walk to Nundah Station & Village (gyms, Woolies, bars, restaurants)
- Nundah Markets every Sunday, just down the road

Hi, I’m Britt! I’m offering a room in my Nundah apartment.
I work full-time, mostly from home 3–4 days a week, so if you also work from home regularly, this might not be the best fit.
I’m in a really peaceful, happy phase of life - I’m sober (totally fine if you drink around me), love my dog, adore my friends and appreciate the little joys in everyday life.
I’m of course open to socialising if we click, but sometimes a housemate is just a housemate. In which case, my goal is to feel comfortable peacefully co-existing while maintaining mutual respect and appreciation for each other.
