Wooden floors throughout except the bedrooms are carpeted. Built in robes. The apartment is about 5min walk from the beach and from Cronulla mall. About a 10 min walk to the train station. Fully Furnished place, storage in the car park below with plenty of room available. Covered Car space available. The apartment itself is naturally lit with windows throughout. Little garden below to chill out in the summers sun. The only bills that we have are internet and power that is split evenly :) The lease runs out in October so I would prefer someone to stay on until then :)

The Treehouse is an amazing place to live! It feels like home straight away and there is nothing like waking up to the view outside the bedroom window :) It's a 5 minute walk through beautiful paths and secret parks to Caringbah Swimming centre and another 5 to a 24/7 gym and the station. AND the best sushi in the Shire! XD What I love about this place is the ability to feel part of a home but also being able to retreat to the privacy of my own space AND the aircon up and down makes it like a FRIDGE in summer The rent is simple. Either $260 sharing the bills or $300 with everything included. No surprises was my choice ;) SPACE! How could I forget the space. a wall to wall 4 door wardrobe with extra space above and some more in the garage if you have a bicycle to use like I did. I am now in Edinburgh so I am looking for someone to take over my room because well I love my ex homies! XD

It's almost like looking out of a tree house! :) - Room 3 A little more room for you to stretch out in and your own air conditioning for summer! $280 and we split the electricity bill OR if you like it simple $310 with absolutely no surprises :) Both rooms With an outlook to the leafy view outside. There is currently a queen sized bed (double bed in room 2), desk and mirror in each... with a full wall to wall FOUR door built-in wardrobe with loads of storage above as well! I'm not kidding, it's almost 4 metres of storage :D If you choose the simple option that includes Wireless Internet included in the rent (along with electricity, water AND unlimited long distance phone calls also included) and the access point is directly below the two rooms. We have delicious reverse cycle AirCon downstairs that sends the heat straight up the stairs to your room in Winter and cools the whole house in Summer. There's a BIG LED TV with Stan, Netflix, Amazon Movies AND Xbox for movies and Digital for the regular channels. No more fighting for one shelf in the fridge - you HALF of a full-sized fridge and freezer to use ;) It's 10 minutes walk to the train station (which is 2 stops from Cronulla beach, if you're new to the area!) and 5 minutes walk to the public pool. There is even a secret tree-lined set of pathways that links to The Kingsway and excellent access if you're into cycling or want to burn off some kilojoules with a run to the 24-hour gym up at the shopping centre :D It's a townhouse at the back of a small tree-filled complex, which makes it very quiet... There is space in the garage for a bike and you can stack some extra boxes against the wall if you need the extra storage but you have HEAPS in your room. You will be sharing the main bathroom with another girl (which has a bath, shower and vanity) - who is neat and tidy so we are looking for someone to be the same as it's a shared space for you both. Above all we have a drama-free and drug-free home! We're not party animals (well not in the house anyway hehe) and respect is THE biggest part of this great place. P.S. So sorry but no dogs or cats allowed, landlord's rules but I'm sure budgies and fish would be possible, so Nemo should be welcome!! :) P.P.S. We got permission to have birds, up to a small pair of parrots - so bring Tweetie if you like :D

The Unit has a one car secure underground garage. Happy to give the garage up. (However additional to the rent price). The apartment has two toilets. The bathroom has a separate bath and shower. Our own laundry (incl.dryer) Foxtel and Wifi are included in rent. The unfurnished room available has a built-in wardrobe, and it's own little balcony. The additional bills are only Gas and Electricity.
We are directly opposite the beach. Central to a Cronulla Mall and walking distance to the station. Incredible view always! And great spot expecially in summer. We have a gym, Sauna and pool (being renovated right now) in the complex!
