I like to keep a clean place especially the kitchen.
I do not drink and keep very active. Preferably a non drinker but will consider.
There is a full laundry with washing machine and dryer.
The flat is 2 stories.
Double underground garage so you will have your own parking spot.
I have a puppy who is nearly 1 year old and very well trained.
