Hi. I am looking for someone to take over my lease. Discounted rent of $420 per week including everything. No hidden bills. Normally this 1 bedroom fully furnished studio apartment would be 460 per week if you book for this upcoming semester. However, if you take over my lease, you get at the previous rate of 420. This lease ends July 2026. Option to extend if you wish.
