THIS ACCOMMODATION IS FOR UNIVERSITY STUDENTS ONLY OR UNIVERSITY STUDENTS DOING WORK PLACEMENT IN OUR AREA. Warm, clean, safe home. Close to supermarkets, cafes, pubs, restaurants & main street. Your room has everything you need, you only need bring clothing and personalised items. There is a spare fridge for you and pantry cupboard to use. My home is open to casual students in our region for study or placement but I need my home vacant over the Christmas period as I have family who visit at that time. I cook most nights and I am happy to cook for you if I am cooking or you can do your own thing or we could cook for each other which has happened previously.

About the flatmates
I work fulltime for a Civil Structural Engineer firm in Albury as their Finance Manager. I have 2 dogs Cavoodles who sleep inside, if you are not a dog lover my home is not for you. I also have chickens so your welcome to the eggs when the chooks are laying. I love AFL football, Geelong supporter so in winter I spend alot of time in Melbourne and Geelong watching my team. I also love live concerts. I am not religious but I am a good person but a lapsed Catholic. I have no issue with student's faith or religion or lack of religion. I have been boarding students for around 20 years which includes international students and students from different parts of Australia.
