Large house in a quiet cul-de-sac, safe area, with 2 bathrooms, air con and heating. Secure backyard for pets, quiet and friendly neighbours.
Small gym in 5th bedroom. Can get internet if needed. I currently hotspot everything including Netflix and my laptop. I have 2 spare bedrooms, but only looking for one housemate, so some choice there. Both will fit a queen bed, currently furnished with single bed and bedside table.
