Your current housemates are two female UQ students. They are friendly and keep the place tidy and clean.

This fully furnished house is ideal for UQ Gatton Campus students or anyone without a car or ability to drive a car. The house is conveniently located just 10 minute walk from shops and bus stop with regular bus services taking you to and from the University of Queensland Gatton Campus.

There is a large 4K OLED LG smart TV in the living room for housemates to use.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped and features a stainless steel bench top and splash back, an induction cook-top, a stainless convection grill microwave oven, two large fridges and induction cookware. A front loading washing machine is provided in one of the two bathrooms.

The kitchen, dining and living area are open plan, adjoining to a fully enclosed verandah. The entire house is light-filled with large windows with insect screens to ensure cross flow ventilation. There is a separate large formal lounge with sofas. The bedrooms and living areas are newly covered with polished timber flooring.

When a bedroom is vacant after a housemate moves out, you and other remaining housemates do not need to pay extra rent to cover the vacant bedroom.
