The room is attached to the main house, which is seperate (not included). I live with my parents in the main house and I am at uni most days of the week. My parents work so it would be quiet.
Note: The room does not include a laundry, the nearest laundromat is at the university square - 24/7 Laundromat. Which is about a 7 min walk.
A uni student is preferred
The room will be available from the 2nd of Feburary onwards.
