We have been providing accommodation for 21 years and are looking for a quiet and clean international student or recently graduated tenant. The other tenants are all students or graduates of Griffith University.

The room has a single bed, desk, desk chair, built in wardrobe, drawers, locking door, security screen, etc.

The house is situated closely to the Griffith Uni, a 9 minute bus ride away and is just a 5-minute walk to bus stops, shopping centre including an IGA supermarket, fruit shop, chemist, post office, restaurants. It takes 5 minutes to drive to Harbourtown where there is a Woolworths, fruit market, and many clothing outlets.

There is a pool, maintained by us, that is free to use anytime and we provide extras such as garbage bags, dish-washing liquid, hand wash, cling wrap, aluminium foil, cleaning sprays.

All bills are covered by the rent (e.g. electricity, water, NBN 100 Unlimited). This includes all kitchenware, cutlery, utensils, appliances (e.g. ricecookers, blenders, airfryers), pots, pans, dishes, etc.)

There is also a smart TV in the lounge room. The bathroom will be shared by a maximum of three other people. The house has five bedrooms and will be shared by a maximum of four or five other people (depending on if there is a couple in the master bedroom, which has its own en-suite).

We do have house rules, the main one, aside from cleanliness and tidiness, is "no visitors". With the exception of parents, no visitors are allowed for your and other tenants' safety. Because of this rule, the bathroom, kitchen and common areas will only be shared by the maximum number of people stated and not, say, 50 people. The shared areas will remain tidy and quiet, providing an excellent studying environment.
