The house is very close to the Broadwater beaches and ocean.

10 by bus to Southport and Harbour Town outlet shopping.

My home is a Two bedroom, two bathroom, ground floor. You will have your own bathroom, own toilet, Own room, with locks on the doors for your privacy.

Large share fridge, microwave, toaster, rice cooker, Induction stove, washing machine, filtered water, dryer. Your own pantry space, free use of my plates/cups/cutlery.

The toilet has bidet washlet.

I have a Japanese Shiba Inu and a Toy poodle that is in the pictures. I am an Australian male 52. I use a wheelchair for mobility, my support staff are Japanese.

A very clean, quiet, friendly home. I am 52, semi - retired due to car accident, I have a disability support services company.

Sometimes there is work that I can offer for $32 per hour plus extra pension contribution.

The room is a dedicated staff sleeping area and I'm looking for a long term live in supporting person, should I find someone then the room would need to be vacated.... ( unless you were that person).

I was in Japan two months of last year and plan on traveling south east Asia next, if you have some travel stories, I would love to hear them.

Preferably South east Asian country please, I will be travelling there and would love to hear about your province / prefecture.

It's a very quite area and extremely quite house.
