I’m a retired Police Officer, now I’m a criminal solicitor and work for myself. I’ve currently got two broken feet, so I’m house bound at the moment and have my second surgery in December. I was super fit running every day right into my health prior to my accident (I tripped on cords at a shopping centre) in April but since my surgery in April I’ve not been able to put any weight on my left foot at all.

I’m now in a moon boot for the next 3 months, I don’t wear it all the time it’s so uncomfortable. I work from home currently off my laptop.

I just rented my smaller room out to a Japanese student he doesn’t speak English very well so he’s super quiet and just stays in his room when he’s home. Very low maintenance I feel like I’m still living alone that’s how quiet and clean he is. His name is Koki and he has damaged my kitchen bench-top so he’s paying for that to be replaced which will be done on the 2nd of July 2025 so we will be without a kitchen from 6am till 4pm.

The house is modern I completely renovated it when I bought it 3 years ago. It’s 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and a DUG. I have a heated pool so you can swim all year round. A big outside entertainment area with a Webber BBQ table seating all under cover. I have great neighbours and get the lawns mowed and weeds done each fortnight and I have my heated pool cleaned once a month.

I have all the TV streaming apps including a full sports package I have;

Express VPN which hides your location so you can get access to all the shows showing in USA, London and another 33 countries. This gives you access to shows and movies that aren’t out in Australia etc. I’ll give you access to all of these
if you want bills included it’s how I’ve been keeping sane being stuck at home!). Also with bills included Unlimited internet, air conditioning running 24/7 set at 24 degrees if that’s to warm for you we can adjust the temperature, electricity bill, water bill, cleaner.

I have a cleaner come every Friday she cleans your bathroom, kitchen, lounge all common areas. If you like she will change your sheets, mop and vacuum your room etc. If you want your sheets changed you just have to strip your bed for her and put the new sheets you want on the bed. If you don’t want this that’s ok or if you just want your floors done whatever blows your hair back lol that’s what the extra $50 a week covers. If you want to pay without bills included they will be split 3 ways each bill.

I have a double garage with storage you’re welcome to use. There’s off street secure parking on a grass strip. I have CCTV cameras with motion sensors that automatically record on movement they cover the off street parking but it’s a very quiet neighbourhood there’s never been a break and enter or anything in a 10km radius around my house (I did a check prior to buying and it’s up to date).

-1.1km and you’re at the M1 30 minutes to Brisbane 15 minutes to Robina.
-1.5km you’ve got Audi, Coles, Woolworths, Kmart amd Bunnings.
The house has double glazed windows amd tinted so you don’t hear any traffic or anything.

I’m very relaxed and my personality suits males more than females. I’d rather go watch a game of live sports than a Tupperware party! lol All my best mates are male so I’d prefer a male but very open to females I just want to be honest about my personality so we get the right dynamics in my calm house. I’m extremely clean I have OCDC with having things neat and tidy. I laugh a lot and not much upsets or offends me so if you ever have an issue just raise it I won’t be upset I’d be more upset if you didn’t tell me. Then we fix it and move on.

I don’t party but do the occasional BBQ. I like the occasional scotch on ice but very rarely. I don’t smoke and happy to house a smoker but outside only. I have a small French bulldog her name is Freya she’s very spoiled, clean and super friendly she’s an inside dog as I have tiles and floorboards throughout the house so she doesn’t make a mess.

I’m happy for you to host BBQ, pool swims and have guests over or little people if you have them I have a blow up mattress if they stay. My only rule is no parties unless it’s for a little person’s birthday or celebration of some kind I just don’t want a rager party with lots of alcohol etc

I’m very quiet when you first meet me until I get to know you and I relax etc I respect personal space and I’m very comfortable with long silences. I just work from my laptop when I do court hearings I go into my room or outside and do the video link up that way. I don’t smoke or do drugs but I don’t judge either whatever blows your hair back as long as it doesn’t affect me.
