Hi, my name is Allistair my partners name is Wendy, we are a well traveled older couple with youthfull outlook. Over the last 30 years we have hosted students from all corners of the world. Our house is well organized, clean and well furnished to the needs of others, large garden to relax in and very quiet seroundings. Big kitchen, plenty of room to cook. The flooring has been redone and floor boards throughout the house, so very easy to keep clean.
We provide you with a private lounge with tv, double bedroom, private bathroom, share WC. Fully air-conditioned. Transport is avalible in all directions 5 mins walk from the house. This acommadation is ideal for a student studying at the griffith uni or nurse looking for a quite home. 7 mins walk to uni hospital / uni. 5 mins by bus to hourbour town shopping centre. Cinema's, restaurants. Sharks football club directly over the road with a full gym and restaurant's. A responceable person is a must as we travel a lot and go away for 4 days to 5 weeks at a time so you would have the house to yourself. The house is under nabour security watch so well secured and safe.
