Hello, my future housemate,
There’s a fully furnished student room in Molendinar. It’s available on the 9th of March 2026. The rent is $260 per week including water, electricity and internet.
At least 6 months lease is permitted.
There are limited parking spaces, preferably someone with no car.
- It's a tidy, and fully furnished two-story house located in Molendinar, on the Gold Coast!
Just a short 20 minute walking distance to Griffith University and a 20-30 minute walking distance to Imagine Education Ashmore. It is a 3-minute walk to the bus stop. There are two buses passing here to Griffith university and Ashmore TAFE daily. The bus numbers are 738 and 742. It is also a short 8 minute walk to the restaurants and the Supermarket.
- Welcoming and offering to international students and full-time workers.
House rules:
- Keep the house tidy/clean up after yourself
- No parties
- No smoking (smoke outside of the house)
- No pets
- No alcohol
- No children
The quiet time from 10 pm at night through to the next morning at 7 am.
