The $260 rooms are on PENDING

Only the two small rooms are available.

The rooms are in Molendinar.
There are two large rooms available, one with king size bed is available on the 26th of January, 2026 and another on one with queen bed is available on the 3rd of February, they are all fully furnished students rooms. $260 per room. The rent is included water, electricity and internet.

And there are another two fully furnished small rooms , One is available now, and another one will be available on the 30th of January, 2026. $220 per room. The rent is also included water, electricity and internet.
At least 6 months lease is permitted.
There are limited parking spaces, preferably someone with no car.

- It's a tidy, and fully furnished two-story house located in Molendinar, on the Gold Coast!
Just a short 20 minute walking distance to Griffith University and a 20-30 minute walking distance to Imagine Education Ashmore. It is a 3-minute walk to the bus stop. There are two buses passing here to Griffith university and Ashmore TAFE daily. The bus numbers are 738 and 742. It is also a short 8 minute walk to the restaurants and the Supermarket.

- Welcoming and offering to international students and full-time workers.

House rules:
- Keep the house tidy/clean up after yourself
- No parties
- No smoking (smoke outside of the house)
- No pets
- No alcohol
- No children

The quiet time from 10 pm at night through to the next morning at 7 am.
