Parkwood, Gold Coast

STUDENTS ONLY - We have been providing student accommodation on the Gold Coast for 23 years.

We do have house rules, the main one, aside from cleanliness and tidiness, is "no visitors". With the exception of parents, no visitors are allowed for your and other tenants' safety. Because of this rule, the bathroom, kitchen and common areas will only be shared by the maximum number of people stated and not, say, 50 people. The shared areas will remain tidy and quiet, providing an excellent studying environment.

Room 3 is a fully furnished single bedroom with a double bed, desk, desk chair, lamp, desk fan, TV, built-in wardrobe, security screens and locking door.

The house is fully furnished, close to everything, and spacious. It has six bedrooms, a large kitchen and dining room, a lounge room, two and a half bathrooms, a BBQ, pool, outdoor dining, and much more.

The kitchen has two sinks, large countertops, stainless steel cooktop, rangehood, dishwasher, oven, microwave, many cupboards, and a walk-in pantry. The main bathroom includes a shower, sink, bath, locking door, and ceiling exhaust fan.

We supply all cooking utensils, cutlery, dishes, pots, pans, rice cookers, etc., as well as other extras; garbage bags, dishwashing liquid, ironing board, iron, vacuum cleaner, and more. Bills are also included in the rent; water, electricity, NBN Unlimited 100mbps, etc.

It is a convenient 10 minute walk to the Parkwood East Light Rail station, which can take you to Griffith Uni, Southport, Helensvale train station, Westfield Shopping Centre, and many more. Bus stops are only a 2-minute walk away from the property; they can take you to Griffith Uni or Westfield/Helensvale Train Station.
