Hi! We’re a relaxed household of three plus one friendly fur baby. My son and I work full-time, and I have an 8-year-old who attends school. I work in a flexible role and spend some time working from home.
We’re looking for a clean, tidy, and respectful person to join our home. The room would suit a student or working professional who is comfortable in a family home.
We’re located approximately 1.5 km from Gold Coast University Hospital, Griffith University, and the G:link tram station.
The room shares a bathroom and toilet with my son. We value a calm, friendly environment and would love someone easy-going who enjoys good conversation and respects others’ space.
The room is available for a short-term stay of 1–3 months. This arrangement is intended to be flexible, allowing either party to end the stay if it’s not working.
