About the flatmates
I have 2 rooms available in a modern large home 3 minutes drive from Bond University, Gold Coast. Each room is fully furnished including King Single trundle bed,fridge,microwave,kettle,cutlery,crockery,bed linen, towels,desk and lamp.
All bills included including wifi and streaming services.
The house would be shared with a Mother and 15yr old daughter. Both very easy going and easy to live with. Separate living areas give everyone privacy also.
The house has a treadmill,exercise bike, large in ground pool and large grass backyard so if you like to keep fit, it’s a great house to accomodate that also.
Mother and daughter both have ensuite’s so the bathroom is shared only between these 2 rooms.
The house is filled with natural sunlight and is truly a lovely home to live in.
