ONLY 3 MINS FROM BOND UNI, 3.9km's from the beach and only 4.3km's from Robina Shopping Centre, my home is large, modern and full of natural light. I have 2 fully furnished rooms to available to rent, each with a King Single bed, fridge and microwave, kettle, linen, cutlery,crockery, towels, ceiling fan and ducted air con and locks on the doors. ( but if you need the room unfurnished, then that can be arranged also. I have a very large grassed backyard and a beautiful big pool,and both rooms look out to this area. I also have a so gym quality treadmill and exercise bike, its so its a great house if you are into fitness.Females only. Shared bathroom (but for just the 2 rooms up for rent as my daughter and I have our own. Wifi and streaming services included so utilities to pay quarterly will only be for water and electricity. My daughter and I also tend to watch tv in our own spaces so there is plenty of space for privacy here also and its a very calm and easy going home. We look forward to hearing from you.

About the flatmates
We are a Mother and Daughter. My daughter is nearly 16 and is about to enter into year 10 at High School. She is a straight A student and has an easy going nature. We share a very respectful relationship with each other so this is not a home that endures arguments, hostility or aggression, making it a really lovely environment to call home.
We are also in the process of trying to adopt a rescue dog so soon we will also have a fur baby so you would have to love dogs, as we sometimes also dog sit my eldest daughter's dog also.
