Single bedroom (single bed) in Southport (just off Smith St), two bus stops to the hospital or Griffith University. Two bus lines within 50m going to either Southport or Harbour Town (via Uni and GCUH). Walking distance to local shops in Chirn Park. On street parking, not metered. The house is NOT particularly close to the tram - closest stop is the University. It takes 20 minutes to walk to the Uni or a few minutes on the bus.

Quiet household. Not a party house. Ideal rental for University student. All bills are included in the rent. Always someone home at the property.

The bedroom is for one single person, it’s not big enough for two. The bathroom is shared with two others. The kitchen and laundry are shared. You must clean up after yourself when you use the shared areas. Yes you are allowed to cook, just not in the middle of the night and need to be mindful of noise levels. There is a large bar fridge in the bedroom for your food. Zero tolerance for drugs or aggressive behaviour.
