The house is in a safe, secure gated estate where the usual rent is 350 per room within the estate; however, we are prioritising the quality of the tenant for cheaper rent. The house is next to two bus stops that can take you directly to Broadbeach, Griffith Uni and Surfers Paradise. A very large pool is located within the estate along with extremely friendly neighbours. The room is private, and the bathroom is solely shared with one other person.
There is a very large built in wardrobe, side table, desk, and drawer for all needs, along with the use of your own private fridge and kitchen cabinets.
p.s 2 cute indoor cats also reside within the household, this room is your own private room however is also somewhat of a family stay
