Hi. I am Peter and I graduate Griffith University.

* good quality electrical appliances,
* a private fridge shelf and
* a large kitchen cupboard draw for your groceries.
* Electric door lock.
We’re looking for share mate for the girls room and own rooms for anyone else
It’s a really huge new house in perfect condition.
The room is available for someone tidy and respectful to other share mate, we’re not strict about house rules as long as you clean up your own stuff in the public area such as kitchen, living room, bathroom.
The room is pretty big with enough storage space for you.
You will share the bath with one people but it is front of your door
that one of the room is available for own or couple or friends.
I can offer two single bed or double bed as well.
I hope we can become good friend and good flatmates too :)
