We are looking for a single, mature individual (age >25) who is a full-time university/TAFE/ VET student (student ID required). Please only reach out if you meet this criterion (I receive numerous messages).
It will have a single bed.
Situated on Paradise Island in the heart of Surfers Paradise, our home offers tranquility near the center. Your new room is quiet, clean, and safe, furnished with a bed, desk, wardrobe, TV, and high-speed internet (Gigabit).
Convenient Location:
Surfers Paradise Station and the free shuttle bus to Pacific Fair are just 500m away, surrounded by shops and restaurants. The beach is a mere 700m stroll.
Shared Expectations:
We encourage socializing through BBQs, beach outings, surfing, and sports. However, we highly value privacy and maintain a clean, tidy, and peaceful atmosphere. This is not a party house; it's a shoes-off-home. No smoking or drugs, please.
Special Note:
The temperature is generally comfortable without the need for constant air-conditioning. If you require continuous air-conditioning, this might not be a suitable place for you.
