About the flatmates
Nice comfortable home to live in & lovely clean quite home. House mates very easy going people easy to get on with others. Work full time. Small friendly dog & 2 lovely cats, all animals live outside. Sometimes inside for a visit when I am home. NBN unlimited. Not included with Rent. Everyone to share house hold cleaning. I do get a gardener to do lawns at times all house mates chip in for costs. I am looking for another couple or single house mate that is easy to get along with & help keep the home environment happy clean respectful to all that live in the house. I have a large screen a TV with surround sound in lounge room. Prefer working house mates. Off street parking. May have a little storage in garage at a little extra cost. All other house mates respectful. Quite happy & friendly. They also like to stay in there rooms if not watching TV. TV arial connection in double bed room. All none smokers. House mates have afternoon drink to wind down & relax. House environment relaxing & peaceful. Not a Party home. Home feeling is comfortable.
