We have a single person, furnished room in a private share-house. Would be ideal for a Murdoch University student . Your expected stay should be 6 months or more.
The house is located in Bibra Lake, less than 4 km from the Murdoch University library. The bus stop (250 m away) takes you to Murdoch train station and Fiona Stanley Hospital.
You will be sharing the house with four other males, so looking for another male.
Rent is $230 per week, including all bills, Internet and air-conditioning. The house is strictly non-smoking, and is not suitable for pets.
