The house is located perfectly in Kardinya, whether you drive or take public transport. The closest bus stop is just a 3 minute walk from the house so heading into Fremantle/South Beach is just a short bus trip away, alternatively if you're heading into the city Murdoch Station is 10~15min bus ride, from which you can catch a train.

The house would be very suitable for students, especially those attending Notre Dame or Murdoch University as buses come quite regularly. The house is also conveniently located close to a Shopping Centre containing Coles, K-Mart, Aldi and a bakery. Gym access is also 2 minutes away.

So being able to respect each others spaces and shared areas is key.

The best house occupant is my dog Zoe, so the rooms would best suit someone who is comfortable around dogs and is sensible closing doors etc.

We're a clean, tidy house and spend a fair bit of time outside. The garden and outdoor space is still a work in progress but is really nice to sit outside in, and there are multiple walking paths and dog spotting opportunities.
